One week or two weeks
We do not offer daily extensions. Before the due date, a one-week rental may be upgraded to two weeks, subject to availability, by paying the package difference.
$1 per tote, per calendar day
The late fee applies when totes are not ready on the scheduled return date. It does not buy or guarantee an extension.
5% processing fee
The fee applies to rental and service charges, excluding the refundable security deposit. Applicable taxes also apply.
Seven-day cancellation window
Cancel at least one week before the scheduled drop-off. Once the reservation is less than one week away, you may move it to an available date, but a cancellation forfeits the deposit.
When payment is due
The refundable deposit is collected with your request. Stripe emails your itemized rental invoice in about 20 minutes, and you may pay it securely at any time. The invoice is due by 5:00 PM Central the day before service. We do not automatically draft your card. If the invoice remains unpaid at the deadline, the reservation is cancelled, no totes are delivered or released, and the deposit is forfeited.
Are taxes included in the listed prices?
No. Applicable Tennessee taxes and the 5% Reservation & Processing Fee are added to rental and service charges. The fee does not apply to the refundable security deposit.
Is the security deposit part of the rental price?
No. It is collected separately and refunded to the original payment method after the totes and dolly are returned on time and inspected.
Can I add days after my rental starts?
We do not offer daily extensions. Before your due date, you may request an upgrade from one week to two weeks. Upgrades depend on availability and require payment of the package-price difference.
How will I know whether the $50 delivery fee applies?
Delivery and pickup are free in Spring Hill, Thompson's Station, Columbia, Franklin, and Cool Springs. For other addresses, we will confirm whether you are within 20 driving miles of our Spring Hill base before finalizing the reservation.
What happens if my totes are late?
Totes not ready for return on the scheduled date are charged $1 per tote, per calendar day. The fee does not apply when Stack & Settle reschedules the pickup.
